To align with the guidelines of the Thai Bankers' Association in cooperating with the government on preventive and control measures against Covid-19 spreading, and the wellbeing of our customers and employees are one of our top concern, CIMB Thai would like to inform the temporary change in service hours of our branches nationwide.  This is in effective from 16 April 2021 onwards or until further notice is made. The details of such change is as follow:

• In-mall branches and branches with 7-day service hours will be operated from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Other branches remain its service hours of Monday – Friday, 8.30 a.m. to 3.30 p.m.

To be on the safe side, customers are encouraged to do banking transactions via CIMB THAI Digital Banking application.
