Board Charter

 

In compliance with the corporate governance requirement, CIMB Thai has prepared its Board Charter with an aim to guide our Board of Directors in its stewardship role and set out the governance structure and roles and responsibilities of the Board of Directors, its committees and management in setting the direction, management, and control of the organisation.

 

The Board Charter has been prepared based on and in compliance with the local laws and regulatory rules and the Bank’s Articles of Association and Corporate Governance Policy. Key topics of the Board Charter included, but not limited to, Board’s roles and responsibilities, Board’s composition, appointment, reappointment and removal of office, Board Committees, relationship with shareholders and stakeholders.
