Code of Conduct for Directors

CIMB Thai’s Code of Conduct for Directors has been developed in accordance with the good governance principles to set out the fundamental guiding principles and standards for directors in carrying out their duties. It outlines five broad fundamental principles, including Competence, Integrity, Fairness, Confidentiality and Objectivity. Additionally, it refers to the duty of directors to comply with the governing laws, rules and regulations, including the best practices in regard to conflict of interest, proper use of the Bank’s assets, anti-corruption, fair treatment and confidentiality.
