Answer

1 What types of deposit accounts are eligible to receive e-Statements via email?

E-Statements will be automatically sent via email for digital deposit accounts (non-passbook accounts), including the following: Chill D Savings Account, Speed D+ Savings Account, and Fixed D Deposit Account.

2 Why didn’t I receive my e-Statement via email last month?

If no changes have been made, the Bank will continue to send e-Statements to the email address previously provided by the customer.

3 Does the change in e-Statement delivery to the latest email address apply to both new and existing customers?

For existing customers, if there is no update to the email address, the Bank will continue sending e-Statements to the email previously provided.

If you hold a digital deposit account (non-passbook), such as Chill D Savings Account, Speed D+ Savings Account, or Fixed D Deposit Account, the Bank will automatically send e-Statements for these accounts to the email address you have provided.
