Relevant Experience

• Currently, Mr. Paisan serves as Head of Digital, Operations and Channels at CIMB Thai Bank PCL. He also holds the position of Independent Director at Ratchthani Leasing PCL.

• Mr. Paisan has been with CIMB Thai Bank PCL for over 10 years, beginning as Head of Transaction Banking. He later transitioned to the role of Head of Technology and Data from 2021 to 2023, followed by serving as Advisor to Head of Technology and Data before assuming his current position.

• Prior to joining CIMB Thai Bank PCL, Mr. Paisan was Head of Transaction Banking at Thanachart Bank PCL from 2014 to 2018. Before that, he held the roles of Head of TB Product and Channel Management and Head of GTS Channel Management at Siam Commercial Bank PCL during 2013-2014.

• Additionally, Mr. Paisan previously served as Head of Business Channel and Network Management at TMB Bank PCL and Head of Solution Delivery at Standard Chartered Bank (Thai) PCL.
