• Currently, Tengku Azmil Zahruddin bin Raja Abdul Aziz (“Tengku Azmil Zahruddin”) is Board Chairman, Non-Executive Director and Alternate Chairman of Nomination, Remuneration and Corporate Governance Committee of CIMB Thai Bank PCL. 

• He is Non-Independent Director at CIMB Group Holdings Berhad, Non-Independent Director at CIMB Bank Berhad, Non-Executive Board Member at Sime Darby Berhad, and Chairman of the Board at CelcomDigi Berhad.

• Formerly Chief Investment Officer at Khazanah Nasional Berhad (“Khazanah”), the sovereign wealth fund of Malaysia, he served Khazanah in various senior positions such as Deputy Managing Director and Executive Director of Investments since 2011. Tengku Azmil Zahruddin was also Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer at Malaysian Airline System Berhad, and was previously Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to that he was in multiple leadership roles at Penerbangan Malaysia Berhad and PricewaterhouseCoopers in London and Hong Kong.
