Important Notice:

Update to our e-Statement delivery system

CIMB THAI Bank Public Company Limited (the "Bank") would like to inform you of an upcoming update to our e-Statement delivery system. Effective1 August 2026, e-Statements will only be sent to the customer’s verified email address on the CIMB THAI app.  This change applies to the following digital accounts:

 

         1. Chill D Savings by CIMB THAI

         2. Speed D Plus Savings by CIMB THAI

         3. Fixed D Deposit by CIMB THAI

 

To ensure the seamless delivery of your e-Statements, we kindly request that you verify your registered email address through the CIMB THAI application. You may complete this process by navigating to: Settings > Email > Enter Passcode > Enter your preferred email address > Verify Email.

 

Once verified, you will continue to receive your e-Statements at your registered address in accordance with the Bank’s established issuance schedule.

 

Please note that if you wish to continue using your current email address, it must be verified within the application. If your email remains unverified after the effective date, the Bank will be unable to deliver your e-Statements until the verification process is successfully completed.
