Notification of Dividend Payment

 

The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders No. 32 of CIMB Thai Bank Public Company Limited (“the Bank”), held on Thursday, 23 April 2026, approved the dividend payment to shareholders for the operating results of 2025 at the rate of THB 0.059 per share. The Bank will determine the list of shareholders entitled to receive the dividend on Tuesday, 5 May 2026 (Record Date), and the dividend will be paid on Thursday, 21 May 2026.
