Please be informed that, effective 1 September 2026, CIMB THAI Bank will discontinue PromptPay registration at all branches and through CIMB THAI Care Center. Customers will continue to be able to register for PromptPay via the CIMB THAI App as usual.

This change only affects the PromptPay registration through branches and CIMB THAI Care Center. Customers who have already registered for PromptPay will continue to use the service as usual.

Customers who wish to register, update, or cancel their PromptPay registration may do so through CIMB THAI App or other channels designated by the Bank.
