Notification of Dividend Payment

The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders No. 31 of CIMB Thai Bank Public Company Limited (“the Bank”), held on Friday, 18 April 2025, approved the dividend payment to shareholders for the operating results of 2024 at the rate of THB 0.04 per share. The Bank will specify the names of the shareholders who have the right to receive the dividend payment on Tuesday, 29 April 2025 (Record Date), and the dividend payment shall be made on Friday, 16 May 2025.
