With reference to Terms and Conditions of Maxi Return THBFIX Callable Range Accrual Derivatives Debentures (“Maxi Return”) (Product code: SDB1801-104A-NF), CIMB Thai Bank Public Company Limited (the “Bank”) would like to inform the Holders of Maxi Return of referred product code that the Bank decides to exercise the CALL OPTION on Maxi Return THBFIX Callable Range Accrual Derivatives Debentures (Product code: SDB1801-104A-NF) on the first Coupon

Payment Date, 5th April 2019 as the Call Price is to be 100% of outstanding Principal Amount specified in the terms of the Product set out in the Terms and Conditions of Maxi Return. In addition, the Bank will stop paying interest under the referred Maxi Return from 5th April 2019.

 In the event that the Holders do not deposit the original certificate of Maxi Return with the Bank, the Bank would like to inform that the Holders are required to return the Original Certificate of the Maxi Return THBFIX Callable Range Accrual Derivatives Debentures and sign on the reverse side of the Maxi Return together with delivering other relevant documents to the Bank, or through bank’s sales representative by 4th April 2019 for the Bank to process repayment of outstanding Principal Amount and interest under the Maxi Return.
