Terms and Conditions
1. This promotion is exclusively for CIMB Thai customers who use CIMB THAI application and wish to participate in the "USE THE APP, GRAB THE PRIZE" campaign to win prizes, which are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.
2. Promotion Period: From 26 November 2024 to 24 February 2025.
3. Customers have to register via the website, https://www.cimbthai.com/en/personal/cimbthaiappcampaign.html by providing complete information and consenting to the use of their personal data for promotional purposes.
4. Eligibility to win prizes is granted to customers who complete at least five transactions through CIMB THAI application within 30 days (including money transfers, bill payments, securities purchases, or mutual fund investments). Five transactions must not be undertaken on the same day.
The prizes in this campaign include:
- iPhone 16 Pro (128GB), worth THB 39,900, totaling 9 prizes
- iPad Gen 10th (64GB), worth THB 12,900, totaling 15 prizes
- AirPods 4, worth THB 4,990, totaling 21 prizes
5. The Lucky Draw schedule is below:
- First Draw: 13 January 2025, at 2:00 p.m.
- Second Draw: 3 February 2025, at 2:00 p.m.
- Third Draw: 24 February 2025, at 2:00 p.m.
at CIMB Thai Bank Headquarter, 44 Langsuan Road, Lumphini, Pathumwan, Bangkok 10330, according to License number 1899 - 1901/2567, issued at Public Service Center, Department of Provincial Administration, the Ministry of Interior, dated 21 November 2024.
6. The names of lucky winners will be announced three times via https://www.cimbthai.com/en/personal/cimbthaiappcampaign.html
- First Announcement: 20 January 2025
- Second Announcement: 10 February 2025
- Third Announcement: 3 March 2025
7. Each participant is eligible to win only one prize throughout the promotional period.
8. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
9. Eligible winners must reside in Thailand and will be contacted by D-Luck Event Co., Ltd. during business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.) for prize delivery. Winners must present the following documents:
- One original and a copy of their National ID Card
- One original and a copy of their House Registration Document
If a winner cannot be contacted within 15 days of the announcement date, their right to the prize will be forfeited, and the prize will be awarded to a subsequent winner.
10. The Bank reserves the right to award prizes to subsequent winners if the original winners are found to be ineligible or fail to comply with the terms and conditions. The Bank may also revoke, cancel, or reclaim prizes in cases of fraud, forgery, or manipulation to gain the eligibility to this campaign.
11. The Bank will bear the withholding tax of 5% and VAT of 7% for prize winners.
12. Employees of the Bank, its affiliates, and other entities involved in organizing this promotion are not eligible to participate.
13. The Bank reserves the right to use any photographs related to this promotional campaign and/or any other details pertaining to the campaign for advertising, publicity, or other purposes deemed appropriate by the Bank, whether for the benefit of the Bank's business or that of any other persons. The aforementioned photograph shall be deemed as the intellectual property of the Bank. The winner hereby consents to the Bank's use of their name, surname, and photograph for purposes of publicity and promotion associated with this campaign, without the requirement of prior notice. Such consent shall be deemed duly granted by the prize winner.
14. In the event of any changes to the terms and conditions of this promotional campaign, and/or changes to the prizes, and/or the cancellation of the campaign for any reason, the Bank will notify participants through its official website at https://www.cimbthai.com/en/personal/cimbthaiappcampaign.html
15. In the event of any dispute regarding the prizes and/or the eligibility to participate in this promotional campaign, the decision of the Bank shall be final.
