How to send money directly to your receiver’s bank account via Direct Account Crediting
 

1. Go to the nearest SpeedSend partner location.

2. Fill in the “To Send Money Form”.

3. Complete and submit the form with a valid photograph identification document (National Identification Card or Passport).

4. Make sure all the data and account details are correct, and sign the receipt.

5. We will credit the money you sent into your receiver’s bank account.

Your receiver will collect their cash at SpeedSend partner locations.

How to send money to your receiver via Instant Cash Collection
 

1. Go to the nearest SpeedSend partner location.

2. Fill in the “To Send Money Form”.

3. Complete and submit the form with a valid photograph identification document (National Identification Card or Passport).

4. Make sure all the data and account details are correct, and sign the receipt.

5. Inform your receiver that the money you sent is ready for cash collection at any SpeedSend partner location. Make sure that you provide the following information to your receiver:

   • Sender Name

   • Sending Country

   • Recipient Details: Name, Address, Contact Number (All corridors)

   • Amount to be collected and its currency

   • Tracer Number (5 alphabets + 8 digits)

   • The receiver must bring along his/her identification documents (National Identification Card or Passport).

Cash will be sent directly to your bank account.

How to receive money from your sender via Direct Account Crediting 

1. If you are using a CIMB THAI bank account, we will credit the money from your sender into your CIMB THAI bank account via real-time transfer.

2. If you are using an account from another bank in Thailand, we will credit the money from your sender in 1-3 working days from the sending date. The time it takes for you to receive your money depends on time zones, the Operation Clearing Process Time, and the conditions for each bank’s processes.

Collect your cash at SpeedSend partner locations.

How to receive money from your sender via Instant Cash Collection

1. Go to the nearest SpeedSend partner location.

2. Fill in the “To Receive Money Form”. Make sure you have the following information ready when filling in the form:

   • Sender Name

   • Sending Country

   • Recipient Details: Name, Address, Contact Number (All corridors)

   • Amount to be collected and its currency

   • Tracer Number (5 alphabets + 8 digits)

3. Submit the completed form with a valid photography identification document (National Identification Card or Passport) to the teller.

4. Make sure all the details on the receipt are correct and sign the receipt.

5. Collect your money and receipt.
