Terms and Conditions for Domestic Airport Transfer Service - Toyota Alphard

• This benefit is exclusive to CIMB Preferred members only. The benefit cannot be transfer. Members must present their CIMB Preferred membership card, debit card, or electronic membership card, along with the complete E-Coupon on the myPreferred app, and their ID card every time before using the service.
• Please make a reservation at least 1 day in advance through the myPreferred app's reservation form. For additional details, contact 24/7 CIMB Preferred Concierge at 02 021 0182 or via email at cimbpreferred@lifestyle-cimbth.com.
• A reservation is considered complete only when the status on the myPreferred app changes from "Waiting for Form Filling  or Waiting for Confirm" to "Ready." An SMS confirmation will be sent upon completion.
• For changes in service date, please notify CIMB Preferred Concierge at least 1 day in advance of the scheduled service date.
• Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time, or if the member does not show up (No-Show), will be considered as the member having fully utilized the benefit.
• The airport transfer service is available only between Suvarnabhumi/Don Mueang airports and locations within Bangkok, Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani, Samut Prakan and Samut Sakhon.
• The vehicle type provided is a Toyota Alphard, accommodating a maximum of 4 passengers with no more than 4 luggage (each not exceeding 30 inches).
• Members can use this benefit from 1st January to 31st December, 2024
• In cases where the service provider, fcc services Co., Ltd., cannot arrange the specified type of vehicle, an equivalent or superior vehicle will be provided at no additional cost.
