How to become a CIMB Preferred Member*

AUM

Having AUM of at least THB 3 million from below products:

Deposits
Investments in mutual funds / bonds purchased through CIMB THAI Bank

Bancassurance

Life/Non-Life insurance products purchased through CIMB THAI Bank, or having new Life/Non-Life insurance premiums of at least THB 500,000 purchased through CIMB THAI Bank

CUM

Having CUM of at least THB 5 million from CIMB THAI Bank’s personal loans and secured loans including Home Loan 4U, Mortgage Power, and Property Loan

*by meeting one of the above conditions

AUM / CUM Calculation Conditions (Starting from 1 January 2025)

Conditions for classifying CIMB Preferred membership status based on each Member’s possession of the Bank’s products to be eligible for the privileges.

CIMB Preferred Member shall receive CIMB Preferred Point based on the value of AUM or CUM to be determined for eligibility on a monthly basis. The detail of Preferred Point earning is as stipulated in the table below:

	Types of products	Calculation Basis
AUM	Deposit/CASA	Saving account derived from End-of-Month Balance.
	Fixed Deposit	Fixed Deposit Account derived from half of the balance at End-of-Month.
	Mutual Fund	Derived from a monthly NAV. at month end.
	Primary Bond / Perpetual Bond	Derived from new investment during the period of 6 consecutive calendar months.
	Secondary Bond, Off-Shore Bond, Structured Product (including ELN &MAXI)	Derived from new investment during the period holding the product until its maturity/redeem.
	Life Insurance, Non-Life Insurance and Unit-Linked products	Derived from premium payment during the period of 12 consecutive calendar month.
CUM	Secured loans (Home Loan, Home Loan for Refinance) and Unsecured loan (Personal Cash)	Derived from outstanding loan amount at month end.
CUM	Wealth Credit Line (WCL)	Derived from the drawn down amount at month end.

Monthly Preferred Points (Starting from 1 January 2025)

The Bank has determined the period of the AUM/CUM for considering point earning to be on a monthly basis and based on the AUM or CUM of the previous month. CIMB Preferred Member shall receive a monthly Preferred Points in the following month, of which details are as tabulated:-

Preferred Elite	THB 10 million - THB 29.99 million	300 points
Preferred	THB 3 million - THB 9.99 million	100 points
