Warning

  • Structured debenture is not protected under the Deposit Protection Agency Act B.E. 2551 (2008).
  • Investing in structured debenture is complicated, carries a high risk and is different from investing in conventional debentures or other capital market products. The market value of structured debenture varies according to underlying securities and other assets, and investors may receive their principal back in the form of underlying securities. If the redeemed amount is lower than the par value or lower than the subscription amount paid for structured debenture, investors may experience a loss, may not receive repayment, or may not receive a return on investment as expected or determined earlier.
  • Due to no trading in secondary market, this product may have no liquidity. Investors may lose some or all investments if the contract is terminated before maturity.
  • Investors should study the product features, conditions on returns generation, and associated risks before investing. After studying the Term Sheet and Prospectus, investors should make an investment only when they are assured that the investment serves their investment objectives, and that the associated risks are acceptable to them. They should study the risk profile and conditions specific to structured debenture, and also seek advice from investment advisors before each investment.
