Terms and Conditions 

 

  • This benefit is exclusive to CIMB Preferred members only. The transfer of this benefit to others is not allowed. 
  • Advance reservation is required at least 7 days before using the service through myPreferred application. For more details, contact CIMB Preferred Concierge 24/7 at 02 021 0182 or email cimbpreferred@lifestyle-cimbth.com.
  • This health check up program can be use for "1 person" only. 
  • Hospital reserve the right to withhold certain health check-up items if the physician determines that the patient's physical condition is not suitable for those specific examinations, and such cases will be considered as having received full service.
  • For cancellations or changes, notify at least 3 days in advance without forfeiting the privilege.
  • In case of cancellation or changes less than 3 days or failure to show up on the reserved date and time, the privilege will be considered fully utilized.
  • A reservation is considered complete only when the status on the myPreferred app changes from "Waiting for Form Filling  or Waiting for Confirm" to "Ready." An SMS confirmation will be sent upon completion.
  • Members can use this benefits from January 1 to December 31, 2025.
  • Members can check the expiry date of the coupon on the myPreferred application. Once the reservation is made, it cannot be changed or canceled, and the bank reserves the right not to refund points in any case.
  • This privilege cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or promotions.
  • If there are additional cost, members shall make a payment directly to service provider.
  • The bank has appointed fcc services Co., Ltd. as the service provider for members.
  • The terms and conditions are as per the bank's guidelines, which may be subject to change. Members can check for updates on the myPreferred application and www.cimbthai.com/th/preferred. The use of services is subject to the conditions set by the respective service providers. In case of any disputes, the decision of the bank and service provider is final.
