Members must present their CIMB Preferred membership card, debit card, or electronic membership card, along with the complete E-Coupon on the myPreferred app, and their ID card every time before using the service.
  • After redeeming the benefits, members shall confirm the delivery address through the myPreferred app or contact CIMB Preferred Concierge.
  • This benefit will be delivered by the service provider within 7 days from the date of benefit redemption.
