• Restaurants reserve the rights to use this coupon on festivals, long weekend, public holidays. or any specify date by the restaurants. 
• If there are additional cost, members shall make a payment directly to service provider.
• Members failure to show up on the reserved date and time, the privilege will be considered fully utilized.
• A reservation is considered complete only when the status on the myPreferred app changes from "Waiting for Form Filling  or Waiting for Confirm" to "Ready." An SMS confirmation will be sent upon completion.
• This benefit cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or converted into cash and cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or promotions.
• The bank has appointed fcc services Co., Ltd. as the service provider for members.
