Terms and Conditions

      Customers who apply for CIMB Preferred membership from 1 April – 31 July 2024 will receive a promo code to participate in the CIMB THAI Triathlon 2024 program at no cost, either the Individual Sprint Triathlon valued at THB 2,500 or the Individual Standard Triathlon valued at THB 3,000. The eligibility is based on meeting the requirement of the balance of Asset Under Management (AUM), Wealth Under Management (WUM), and the number of banking product holding with a minimum of two products, as outlined below:

Asset Under Management (AUM) and the number of banking product holding to be counted for the following products.

• Deposit
• Mutual Fund
• Primary Bonds
• Secondary Bonds
• Bancassurance (Life Insurance)
• Structure Debentures
• Other financial products as specified by the Bank

 Wealth Under Management (WUM) to be counted for the following products.

• Mutual Fund
• Primary Bonds
• Secondary Bonds
• Bancassurance (Life Insurance)
• Structure Debentures
• Other financial products as specified by the Bank

1. Members have the opportunity to increase their AUM and/ or WUM balances to qualify for the reward within the campaign period.
2. Customers must register for the “CIMB Triathlon 2024 for New to Preferred campaign” on the CIMB Preferred website to receive a promo code for either the Individual Sprint Triathlon category or the Individual Standard Triathlon at no cost from 1 April 2024 to 31 July 2024. 
3. Customers who meet the conditions no. 1, 2 and 3 will receive the promo code in the subsequent month following the month of their successful process through mobile phone number provided in the registration form. The customer can use the promo code to apply for the CIMB THAI Triathlon 2024 via specified website THAI RUN only.
4. The Bank reserves its right to grant 1 entitlement right per member only. Eligible members shall meet the campaign conditions and select the racing category, based on a first-come, first-served basis.This privilege is exclusively applicable for CIMB Preferred members, and is non-transferable to others. 
5. A total of 15 promotion codes for Individual Sprint Triathlon and Individual Standard Triathlon throughout the promotional period are available from 1 April 2024 to 31 July 2024.
6. The reward cannot be transferred, changed, or exchanged for cash. 
7. The value of privileges must not exceed 0.2% of the total investment value per investor.
8. The received promo code will expire on 6 October 2024, which is the last day of racing registration.
9. The promotional period is from 1 April 2024 to 31 July 2024.  
10. The Bank’s terms and conditions for CIMB Preferred membership application and other related conditions are as specified by the Bank. Please note that the Bank’s terms, conditions, and benefits may be subject to change, details of which are available on https://preferred.cimbthai.com. In the event of any dispute, the Bank’s decision shall be deemed final.
