  • This benefit is exclusive to CIMB Preferred members only. The transfer of this benefit to others is not allowed. Members must present their CIMB Preferred membership card, debit card, or electronic membership card, along with the complete E-Coupon on the myPreferred app, and their ID card every time before using the service.

  • A reservation is considered complete only when the status on the myPreferred app changes from "Waiting for Form Filling  or Waiting for Confirm" to "Ready." An SMS confirmation will be sent upon completion.
  • For cancellations or changes in reservations, members shall notify CIMB Preferred Concierge at least 3 days in advance with no penalty.
  • Cancellations or changes made less than 3 days before the reservation date, or if the member does not show up (No-Show), will be considered as the member having fully utilized the benefit.
  • Members can use this benefit from January 1 to December 31, 2024
  • In cases where the service provider, fcc services Co., Ltd., cannot arrange the specified type of vehicle, an equivalent or superior vehicle will be provided at no additional cost.

  • In the event of returning the car, it must have a full tank of fuel. For electric cars, the battery must have a remaining charge of at least 25%. The service provider reserves the right to charge additional fees if the conditions are not met.
  • If the car return is delayed by more than 3 hours, the service provider reserves the right to charge the full daily rate.
  • - If the car is returned earlier than the specified time, the service provider reserves the right to charge an additional 25% of the daily rate.
  • Any additional charges, such as security deposit, delivery charges, fuel charges, refueling service charges, fines, damages, or any other services, are the member's responsibility to settle directly with the service provider. Please review the service provider's terms and conditions for further details.
  • The service is only available to individuals with a valid driver's license aged 21 and above, and those with a credit card for deposit.
  • Members can check the expiry date of the voucher on the myPreferred app. If members choose the reservation service and confirm, changes or cancellations are not allowed. The bank reserves the right not to refund points in any case.
  • This benefit cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or promotions.
  • The bank has appointed fcc services Co., Ltd. as the service provider.
  • The conditions are subject to the bank's terms. The bank may change the conditions and benefits, which members can check on the myPreferred app and Members should follow the conditions and terms of each service provider. In case of any disputes, the decision of the bank and the service provider is final.
