  1. These terms and conditions apply to all offers unless otherwise specified.
  2. Offer is valid for bookings and stays until 30 June 2025.
  3. Offer is subject to availability and substitutions of an equal or higher value may be offered.
  4. Offer cannot be combined with any other offer and is non-refundable, non-transferrable, not redeemable for cash, non-assignable and non-exchangeable.
  5. Offer is for accommodation, hotel taxes and service charge only. Any other expenses incurred will be charged to the guest’s account.
  6. Employees of Anantara Vacation Club and their immediate families, existing Anantara Vacation Club Points Owners, existing Anantara Vacation Club Voyager Members, A-Explore and A-Exchange Members, Club Discovery and Club Discovery Plus Members and persons who have attended an Anantara Vacation Club preview presentation within the past twelve (12) months are not eligible to participate in this offer.
  7. Each customer is entitled to one booking only throughout the campaign period. The customer must present their CIMB Preferred membership card to Anantara Vacation Club when making the booking. 
  8. A surcharge is payable for stays during peak season (such as Festive periods, Chinese New Year) and seasonal holidays.
  9. An additional USD50* per night is payable for stays on a Thursday night, Friday night and/or Saturday night.

  11. Reservations must be made at least 14 days in advance, and walk-in reservations are not permitted.
  12. Cancellation Policy. 
    • For Low or Mid Season: 
      • Cancel by 14 days before arrival to avoid penalty charge.
      • Cancel within 13-8 days before arrival and 50% of total accommodation charge will be applied.
      • Cancel within 7-0 days before arrival and 100% of total accommodation charge will be applied.
    • For High or Peak Season: 
      • Cancel by 14 days before arrival to avoid penalty charge.
      • Cancel within 13-8 days before arrival and 50% of total accommodation charge will be applied.
      • Cancel within 7-0 days before arrival and 100% of total accommodation charge will be applied.
    • For Peak Season or Last Minute: 
      • Booked within 30 days of arrival date/non-refundable, no changes permitted.
  13. All fees and charges must be paid in full at the time of booking using a credit card.
  14. Anantara Vacation Club reserve the right to vary the terms and conditions of this offer and/or to suspend or terminate the offer and/or vary the offer at any time at its reasonable discretion.
  15. The decision of the promoter on all matters relating to the offer is final, conclusive, and binding and no correspondence will be entertained.
  16. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or materials relating to this offer, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
  17. Daily breakfast for two (2) is included in the stay.
  18. Complete your booking by 15 April 2025 and receive a Central Gift e-Voucher valued at THB2,000. The Central Gift e-Voucher will be emailed to the customer after 30 April 2025.
