Revolving credit facility to finance payment to trade counterparts at home and overseas

It is a credit facility to facilitate the customer’s payment based on trade documents used by trade partner for payment collection or those specified by the Bank. The credit facility is to finance payment for goods ordered from domestic and overseas supplier under the payment terms and conditions in the invoice or other supporting documents, such as B/L or others as specified by the Bank. To effect this, the customer (buyer) has to contact the Bank to execute promissory note sale agreement under which the Bank will advance payment to the supplier on the customer’s behalf, and upon the maturity of the promissory note, the customer will make repayment to the Bank.
