Currently, Mr. Niti is Independent Director, Member of Audit Committee of CIMB Thai Bank PCL. He also assumes the positions as Member of Sub-Committee of Thailand CPA Examination for Federation of Accounting Professions of Thailand, and Independent Director of Nova Empire PCL.

 

He has had more than 20 years of experience in various capacities in accounting and audit areas for leading enterprises and regulatory bodies. He was Audit Partner and Director of Auditing Office of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Jaiyos Audit Co., Ltd. from 1996 to 2018. He also served as Member of Committee of Education, and Member of Committee for Considering Auditors’ Performance, and Auditing Standard Advisor for Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission during 2000-2011; Member of Committee of Career Development and Continuous Study for Institute of Certified Accountants and Auditors of Thailand during 2001-2004; Member of Auditing Standard Committee and Dignitary Sub-Committee on Audit Test Performance for Federation of Accounting Professions of Thailand during 2005-2020; and Member of the Board of University Affairs of Navamindradhiraj University during 2019-2022.
