At present, Mr. Chanmanu is Independent Director, Member of Audit Committee and Member of Nomination, Compensation and Corporate Governance Committee of Finansa PCL, Independent Director and Member of Audit Committee of Finansa Securities Ltd., and Legal Head of Pruksa Real Estate PCL.

 

Previously, Mr. Chanmanu was Executive Vice President and Director of Subsidiary of Siam Commercial Bank PCL during 2011-2016, Chief Legal Officer of Thonburi Healthcare Group PCL from 2017 to 2019, Partner and Senior Associate for International Legal Counsellors Thailand Ltd. and Partner and Counsellor for Hunton & Williams (Thailand) Ltd. between 1989 and 2011. Prior to this, he served in the public sector as Judge from 1984 at Surin District Court, Nakhonratchasima Juvenile Court and Nakhonratchasima Provincial Court, and as Secretary for the Central Labour Court until 1989.
