Terms and conditions for participation in “Your Chill” campaign to let chill as you prefer 

Receive Swensen’s, or Lotus’s discount code, worth maximum THB 100 after opening CIMB Thai Chill D savings account during

4 October 2023 - 31 December 2023.

1. For customer opening CIMB Thai Chill D savings account through CIMB THAI Digital Banking Application or CIMB Thai branches nationwide during 4 October 2023 - 31 December 2023.
2. Eligible customer shall never have CIMB Thai Chill D savings account before.
3. Customer uses CIMB Thai Chill D savings account and has CIMB THAI Digital Banking Application.
4. Each customer is allowed to open only one CIMB Thai Chill D savings account.
5. Customer shall fulfill the terms and conditions of promotional campaign within the month from the date of opening CIMB Thai Chill D savings account.
6. Customer shall maintain a minimum deposit of THB 50,000 or more in CIMB Thai Chill D savings account and have an active status of CIMB THAI Digital Banking application until the date of receipt of Swensen’s, or Lotus’s discount code. Otherwise, customer shall forthwith be regarded as abandoning the right to receipt of such discount code.
7. Customer who opens CIMB Thai Chill D savings account will receive either Swensen’s, or Lotus’s discount code worth THB 100, which is limited to one entitlement right/one customer, throughout the campaign period.
8. Customer is able to select Swensen’s, or Lotus’s discount code via notification on CIMB THAI Digital Banking Application within 30 business days from the last day of each calendar month (customer has to turn on a notification mode on CIMB Thai Digital Banking Application since the first registration date). 
9. Altogether 1,800 entitlement rights are offered throughout this promotional campaign. Benefit so received cannot be changed or canceled. The Bank reserves the right to return no entitlement right in all cases. 

• Entitlement rights to Swensen’s discount code are merely limited to 900 rights. The discount code can be used at all branches of Swensen’s shops which is valid until 28 February 2024.
• Entitlement rights to Lotus’s discount code are merely limited to 900 rights. The discount code can be used at all branches of Lotus’s which is valid until 28 February 2024.

Terms and conditions of the promotional campaign

1. Swensen’s, or Lotus’s discount code shall be valid during 4 October 2023 - 28 February 2024.
2. Swensen’s, or Lotus’s discount code can be used for the discount on the purchase amount, of which total value is equal to or higher than the specified discount value.
3. Benefit so received cannot be changed or canceled. The Bank reserves the right to changes in all cases.
4. Return from Swensen’s, or Lotus’s discount code worth THB 100 is equivalent to a deposit interest rate of 1% per annum (calculated from the deposit account balance of THB 10,000).
5. Benefit in the campaign cannot be exchanged for, transferred or changed to cash and used in conjunction with other promotion campaign.
6. The Bank is not related to any goods and services of the participating merchants. In case of any inconvenience caused by such goods and services occurs, please contact the respective merchants directly.
7. Terms and conditions of the Bank shall apply. The Bank may change the terms and conditions, period and benefits of the campaign before the end of the campaign with a notice to customer through any of the Bank’s public relation channels. Use of goods and services shall be subject to the terms and conditions of respective merchants. In case of any objection or dispute, the Bank’s and the goods/service provider’s decision shall be final.

Terms of use of Swensen’s discount code:

1. Swensen’s discount code shall be valid during 4 October 2023 – 28 February 2024.
2. Each customer is entitled to one entitlement right/code/time only.
3. The discount code is eligible for Swensen’s products only and can be used as cash at Swensen’s branches.
4. The discount cannot be transferred, changed into cash or returned in all cases.
5. Customer shall present the original discount code to the officer only. The screenshot of the discount code, barcode, QR Code, coupon serial number is considered not applicable.
6. Use of goods and services shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the merchant. In case of any objection or dispute, the Bank’s and the merchant’s decision shall be final.

Terms of use of Lotus’s discount code:

1. Lotus’s discount code shall be valid during 4 October 2023 – 28 February 2024 only.
   
2. Each customer is entitled to one entitlement right/code/time only.
3. The discount code can be used at all Lotus’s branches
4. The discount code cannot be redeemed, changed into cash, transferred to other payment methods, and returned the change into cash in case where the purchase value is lower than the value in the e-coupon.
5. The discount code is not applicable for the purchase of alcoholic beverages, prepaid cards, gift card, milk power formula for infant and young child (formula 1 and 2), bill payment, fee payment, post service, food court, online Lotus’s shop, and products from rental shops in Lotus’s area.
6. Customer shall present the original discount code at the cashier point only. A screenshot or a hard copy of such discount code is considered not applicable.
7. Discount received from the discount code shall not be collected as Club Card points.
8. The company reserves the right to change conditions without prior notice.
