Terms and conditions for participation in promotion campaign

Receive Central Group e-Coupon or Starbucks e-Coupon valued THB 1,500 maximum when opening Speed D Plus Savings by CIMB Thai (“Speed D+”) and investing in debentures or mutual funds by debiting from Speed D+ through CIMB Thai Digital Banking Application in the period during 1 July 2022 – 30 September 2022. 

Terms and conditions for opening Speed D+

1. Customer can open Speed D+ via CIMB Thai Digital Banking Application or CIMB Thai branches nationwide during 1 July 2022 – 30 September 2022.
2. Customer who has never registered in CIMB Thai Digital Banking Application shall have to register in the Application within the same day as the account opening date.
3. Customer eligible for participating in the campaign shall not be an owner of Speed D+ savings account before.
4. Each customer can open only one Speed D+ savings account. 

The 1^st benefit: Receive either Central Group e-Coupon or Starbucks e-Coupon valued THB 1,000

Terms and conditions for receipt of THB 1,000 Central Group e-Coupon or Starbucks e-Coupon

1. Customer eligible for participating in the campaign shall open Speed D+ savings account as per the above “Terms and conditions for opening Speed D+”.

2. Customer shall deposit and maintain balance of at least THB 2,000,000 (two million baht) or more in Speed D+ for two consecutive months from the account opening date. The sum of balance will be calculated from the date of opening Speed D+ savings account and depositing funds in the account until each month end as tabulated below:-

3. Customer who fully complies with the terms and conditions above will receive either Central Group e-Coupon  or Starbucks e-Coupons worth THB 1,000 each. Each customer is eligible for one entitlement right throughout campaign period. Customer is provided an option to receive either Central Group e-Coupon or Starbucks e-Coupons via CIMB Thai Digital Banking Application. The Bank will send it via notification on CIMB Thai Digital Banking Application within 30 business days from the last day of each calendar month (Customer has to open notification mode on CIMB Thai Digital Banking Application from the first registration date).

4. Altogether 1,000 entitlement rights are offered throughout the promotion campaign. Benefit so received cannot be changed or canceled. The Bank reserves the right to return no entitlement right in all cases.

• Entitlement rights to Central Group e-Coupon are limited only 500 rights. The e-Voucher can be used at all shops under Central Group (except rental shops, food court and online spending) and is valid until 30 June 2023.
• Entitlement rights to Starbucks e-Coupons are limited only 500 rights. The e-Coupon can be used to purchase goods, foods and beverages at all Starbucks shops nationwide and is valid until 30 June 2023.

5. Customer shall maintain the user status of Speed D+ and CIMB Thai Digital Banking Application until the date of receipt of Central Group e-Coupon or Starbucks e-Coupon. Otherwise, customer shall forthwith be regarded as abandoning the right to receipt of e-Coupon.

6. Benefit in the campaign cannot be exchanged for, transferred or changed to cash or other rewards. No top-up can be made to e-Coupon. It also cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion campaign.

7. Central Group e-Coupon or Starbucks e-Coupon cannot be changed into cash or other rewards and cannot be transferred to others.

8. Return via offer of Central Group e-Coupon or Starbucks e-Coupon worth THB 1,000 is equivalent to deposit interest rate of 0.05% per annum (calculated from deposit account balance of THB 2,000,000).

The 2^nd benefit: Receive either Central Group e-Coupon or Starbucks e-Coupon valued THB 500

Terms and conditions

1. Customer shall invest in debenture or mutual fund in an amount from THB 1,000,000 (one million baht) or more by debiting from Speed D+ through CIMB Thai Digital Banking Application during 1 July 2022 - 30 September 2022.

2. Customer can invest in all types of mutual funds, except RMF (Retirement Mutual Fund) and SSF (Super Savings Fund).

3. The investment value in total is limited up to THB 1,000,000 (one million baht) within the same month throughout the promotion period. Total investment value of debenture and mutual funds in a month amounting to THB 1,000,000 or more will be counted only. The excess amount over THB 1,000,000 (one million baht) will be excluded from the accumulated investment value for calculation in the following month.

6. After including benefits from other promotion campaigns of the Bank, the value of benefits in total shall not exceed 0.2% of the minimum investment value for each investor.

Other Terms and Conditions for Promotional Campaign 

1. Promotion campaign period is from 1 July 2022 to 30 September 2022
   
2. Central Group e-Coupon or Starbucks e-Coupons shall be valid for use until 30 June 2023.
3. Terms and conditions of the Bank shall apply. The Bank may change the terms and conditions, period and benefits of the campaign before the end of the campaign with notice to customers through any of the Bank’s public relations channels. Use of goods and services shall be subject to terms and conditions of the respective merchants. In case of any objection or dispute, the Bank’s and the goods/service provider’s decision shall be final.
4. The Bank is not related to any goods and services of the participating merchants. In case of inconvenience from such goods and services, please contact the respective merchants directly.
5. The collection, use and disclosure of customer’s information shall comply with the announcement of the Bank’s Privacy Policy.

Terms of Use for Central Group e-Coupon

• Central Group e-Coupon can be used at all shops under Central Group (except for rental shops, food court and online spending) as follows: Central Department Store, Robinson , Central Food Hall , Tops Market, Tops Superstore, Super Khum, Tops Daily, Eat Thai Market Zone, Thai Favorites, Segafredo Zanetti Espresso, Matsumoto Kiyoshi, Power Buy, Super Sports, B2S, Office Mate, Thai Watsadu, Baan & Beyond, Auto One, Mark & ​​Spencer, Muji.
• Central Group e-Coupon can be used to pay for goods and services for 1 time/receipt according to the value in the e-Voucher.
• It cannot be used to pay for products in a category of all types of prepaid cards, gift card, bill payment, wholesale merchandise and some structural items.
• It cannot be used to pay for goods or services in violation of prohibition or legal requirements such as liquor, cigarettes, drugs, infant food, baby food and supplemental baby food which are currently enforced or may enforce in the future.
• It cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
• It reserves the right to change conditions without prior notice.
• The validity period of Central Group e-Coupon is until 30 June 2023.

Terms of Use for Starbucks e-Coupon

• Starbucks e-Coupon shall be presented to staff before payment.
• It can be used to purchase all types of goods at all Starbucks shops nationwide.
• It can be reused until the balance is used up.
• It cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash/other rewards cannot be transferred to others.
• It can neither add balance to e-Coupon nor transfer balance to Starbucks card. The Coupon can be used in conjunction with other promotions.
• Starbucks discount e-Coupon period is valid until 30 June 2023.
